1. USEFUL INFORMATION ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.a General information.
This contract is an understanding between the customer (herein referred to as 'you', 'your' or the 'customer') and us, and you are about to agree to the following terms and conditions of sale, which we will refer to as an 'understanding'. Our company is Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte.
In this document, we will refer to ourselves as "we" or "our".
1.b Your rights.
as a consumer, you have the fundamental rights as per Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the "Consumer Code").
The Coupons are for personal and non-commercial use (you can transfer any Coupon to another person always for personal use). Our Coupons should never be resold.
2. PURCHASE OF PROMOTIONS WITH COUPON
2.a The purchase phase.
Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte sells promotions with Coupons that can be redeemed for Products. When you start the purchase phase to buy a promotion, after having accepted these terms and conditions of sale by ticking the relevant box at the time of purchase, and after payment, in the case of prepayment, the purchase of the promotion will be completed (and a relative purchase contract will be concluded) only when you receive a transaction confirmation e-mail from us (this e-mail constitutes our acceptance of the transaction); in the case of postponed payment in the shop, you will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation of the purchase with a coupon attached which can be used once the payment has been completed in the shop. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your transaction, without any reason up until the time of acceptance of the offer and thereafter in the event of a breach of this understanding [or if, by the expiry of the offer, the minimum number of participants (if foreseen by the current promotion). In this case we will inform you by sending an e-mail to the address you provided when registering and we will refund you the price of the Coupon]. Should your
purchase concerns a Coupon for a specific product, at the time of purchase you will have to indicate the place of delivery of the goods (if the shipment of the purchased goods is foreseen). Once the purchase process is completed, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
2.b Right of withdrawal Article 64 of the Consumer Code.
Pursuant to Article 64 of the Consumer Code, you may withdraw from the purchase of the Coupon at any time within 10 working days starting from the day following the day on which you received the Coupon (working day means any day except Saturday , Sundays and national holidays), provided you have not already redeemed the Coupon. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must inform Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte of your wish to withdraw by calling Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte.
Remember that when you make a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the purchase will be governed by this agreement. We therefore invite you to read this agreement carefully before starting the process of purchasing a Coupon. We also encourage you to download and print or store on your computer a copy of this understanding for future reference.
2.d Coupon Redemption.
Once a promotional purchase has been made, the Coupon may be redeemed for the relevant Products or services. The Products or services offered, redeemable through the Coupon, are those indicated on the Coupon. Any attempt to redeem a Coupon in violation of this understanding may result in the Coupon being voided at our sole discretion.
2.e.1 You must know that it is Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte that sells the Products.
2.e.2 You must know that it is Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte solely responsible for the supply of the Products.
2.e.3 You must know that it is Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte solely responsible for redeeming any Coupons you have Purchased.
2.e.4 You must know that it is Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte solely responsible for the performance of the guarantees on the Products redeemable with a Coupon, including the legal guarantee for non-compliance pursuant to Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code.
2.f.1 The reproduction, sale, resale or trade of a Coupon is prohibited. Any attempt to engage in any of these activities may result in the cancellation of the Coupon in our sole discretion;
2.f.2 Coupons are redeemable only in their entirety and cannot be used incrementally. Although it should never happen, if, for a reason attributable to the customer, the Coupon is only partially redeemed, you will have no right to a credit, refund or new Coupon for an amount equal to the difference between the value of the Coupon and the the amount of redeemed Products.
2.g Coupon use exception.
Notwithstanding the previous clause 2.f.2, Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte may, only at its discretion, allow you to redeem the Coupons in multiple times, or even combine them with other promotions, vouchers, certificates or coupons from third parties.
2.h Loss or Theft of Coupons.
Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte will not be responsible for lost or stolen Coupons or Referral Codes.
The Coupon expires on the date specified on the Coupon itself, if such a date exists.
3. CANCELLATION, REFUND OR PROBLEMS
3.a. If you have problems using or requesting your promotion with the Coupon, call Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte to request information.
3.b If you change your mind after purchasing a Coupon.
Even if everything went well, you will have the right to withdraw from the purchase and cancel your Coupon, even without any reason, provided that you do so within the first 10 working days starting from the day following the day you received it. the Coupon. Requests submitted within the aforementioned limit will be made through a refund of the purchase price of the Coupon (made with the same payment methods used for the purchase or in the other ways provided by law) in the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 days from the receipt of your request by Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte. If the aforementioned deadline has elapsed, you will not be entitled to receive a refund for the Coupon.
3.c If the Coupon concerns the purchase of a specific product and you have already received it.
In the event that you wish to withdraw from the purchase of a product that has already been delivered to you, you can do so as follows:
3.c.1 In this case, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your purchase within 10 working days starting from the day following receipt of the goods by calling Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte and sending confirmation by e-mail.
The product must be returned to Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte within 15 working days of receiving the product.
To validly exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to this section 3.c, the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were found at the time of delivery, complete with all their parts, components and accessories, labels and packaging, within the limits as much as possible using the original packaging, or where not possible, using suitable packaging to protect them from any damage or alteration. Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte reserves the right to inspect the products upon receipt and refuse the refund request in case the products do not comply with the above requirements. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of receipt by Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte of the cancellation request. The refund will include all initial shipping costs, but not the cost of returning the product to Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte which will remain entirely your responsibility pursuant to Article 67 paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code.
3.d If your Coupon expires.
Please call Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte.
3.e If the Products do not correspond to what you expected based on the description of the same before the purchase or on the Coupon.
Please call Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte to be able to explain your problem and seek a solution.
3.f Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and cancellation of the Coupon.
You will not be able to cancel the purchase of a Coupon and/or the Products in the event that the Coupon is intended for the provision of services relating to accommodation, transport, catering, leisure, when at the time of conclusion of the contract | COMPANYLABEL| undertakes to provide these services on a specific date or in a pre-established period. in this case, the cancellation would cause non-recoverable damage to the supplier due to the booking of that particular date, period, event, etc.
3.g Refund status.
The following will always apply to any refund of an accepted Coupon (whether as a credit or a monetary refund on the payment instrument used for the original purchase or other means of payment):
3.h you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the refund to refuse it;
3.h.1 if you do not refuse the refund within the aforesaid term, the refund will always be considered as settlement of any claim you may have against Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte in relation to the Coupon or anything else on the Site;
3.i Legal Guarantee.
The products are sold by Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte and will assume all obligations relating to the legal guarantee for non-compliant products pursuant to Articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code.
